The Resort is located in Pian dei Mucini, 5 minutes from Massa Marittima and about 20 km from the beaches.
How can I reach The Caesar Pian dei Mucini?
The resort is located on a hill, 5 minutes from Massa Marittima. From the Follonica Est exit of the SS1 Aurelia, follow the signs to Massa Marittima and then to Pian dei Mucini.
Is the Resort open all year round?
The Resort is open from May to September. To check availability in specific periods, we recommend visiting the website or contacting reception directly.
What are the reception hours?
Reception is open 24 hours a day. During low season, night-time service may be reduced.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm. Check-out is required by 10:00 am.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome with a small supplement. We recommend checking availability at the time of booking.

For stays of at least 3 nights, half board can be booked. Full board is not available.

No, il resort si trova in collina. Le spiagge più vicine sono a circa 20 km e raggiungibili in auto.

All rooms at Palazzo Vittoria have air conditioning. In addition, all double and triple Comfort rooms in Antico Borgo Mucini are air-conditioned. By 2026, air conditioning will also be available in the quadruple Comfort rooms.

Some areas and accommodations are accessible; however, as the resort is a diffused village, there are less accessible areas and gravel paths. We recommend contacting reception to verify suitability based on individual needs.
