General Information
What does “agriturismo diffuso” mean?
Le Cannelle is a “scattered farmhouse”: the accommodations are not all in one building, but spread between sea, hills, and countryside, within the Maremma Park. Check the map for details.
Is the property inside the Maremma Park?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. For Podere Caprarecce and Santa Francesca Apartments, accommodations are guaranteed from 4:00 pm.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Il check-in è previsto dalle 14:00 alle 19:00, il check-out entro le 10:00. Per Podere Caprarecce e Appartamenti Santa Francesca la sistemazione è garantita dalle 16:00.
Where do I collect the keys?
For Podere Caprarecce and Santa Francesca, arrival is managed through a safety deposit box: codes are collected at Gitavillage Talamone. For all other accommodations, keys are available at the farmhouse Reception.
Is there network coverage and Wi-Fi?
Network coverage is limited and there is no Wi-Fi: the perfect opportunity to experience an authentic digital detox.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome in the following accommodations: Montecristo Scuderie, Chalets, Room “degli Agrumi”, Rivolta Tower, and Podere Caprarecce. We recommend checking availability at the time of booking.
Transport and Connections
How do I reach Le Cannelle?
The property is located in Località Cannelle, Talamone (GR). Access is via a dirt road, maintained this way to respect the surrounding natural environment. We recommend following the directions from Google Maps or Reception.
What is the nearest train station?
The nearest stations are Fonteblanda and, alternatively, Albinia. From both, you can continue with a rental car or private transfer.
Is parking available?
Yes, the estate offers free parking for guests.
Hotel Services and Features
Is there a restaurant service?
Yes, at the Cannelle Bio-Restaurant: breakfast and dinner are served, lunch is available as a picnic basket. The menu is fixed and seasonal. Service is not available for Rivolta Tower, Podere Caprarecce, and Santa Francesca Apartments.
What products are offered?
The Bio-Restaurant menu highlights local products from the estate: oil, wine, honey, and citrus fruits. Among these, only extra virgin olive oil is available for purchase, as an authentic Maremma souvenir.
Are menus available for intolerances?
Yes, allergies and food intolerances can be communicated in advance by contacting the property.
Are there activities and excursions?
You can book boat trips, trekking, bike tours, and experiences in Tuscan villages through our partner Maremma Escursioni.
Are cribs or extra beds available?
Yes, they can be requested when booking and are subject to availability.
Does the property have a private beach?
Yes, Le Cannelle offers a charming private pebble beach. It is equipped only with sunbeds, with no bathing establishment, to guarantee peace and privacy. We recommend bringing rock shoes and a snorkeling mask to fully enjoy this authentic corner of the sea.
Is trekking possible within the estate?
Yes, Le Cannelle extends over 660 hectares of woods, olive groves, and farmland, part of the Maremma Park. You can experience a true “Tuscan safari” along scenic trails: bring trekking shoes, a backpack, and a camera to discover authentic corners of unspoiled nature.
