Until when can I cancel my booking?
The booking is prepaid and non-refundable, but it can be resold to other travellers until 23:59 the day before check-in on dAirect.
What reasons are accepted for a refund? The booking is non-refundable, but it can be resold for any reason.
How much is refunded? dAirect always guarantees a buyback offer. The amount depends on the resale conditions.
How can I resell my booking? You can proceed as follows:
1. Within 24h of booking you will receive your booking by email, downloadable in your smartphone’s Wallet
2.Log in to dAirect (https://www.dairect.io)
3. List the booking for sale in a few clicks and set your resale price

Until the day of arrival.
What reasons are accepted for a refund?
Any documented reason (e.g., illness, injury, vacation cancellation, natural disaster).
How much is refunded?
– 85% of the booking value.
– A 15% deductible is applied, except in cases of hospitalization or death.
How can I request a refund?
